If you are looking for a relaxing and culturally stimulating stay, here you will find a peaceful corner where enjoying a break in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside but at the same time easy access to Florence, Fiesole, Chianti and the valley of Mugello.

This small country village is situated in a strategic location and is an excellent base for visiting Tuscany and its beautiful cities of art.
It is quickly reachable from the A1 and within half an hour drive you can easily arrive at Florence, also connected by public transport (bus stop is about 150 meters from our house) but also Fiesole and Mugello. From Bivigliano you can easily get to the Fortezza da Basso (Pitti) and the Policlinico CAREGGI - MEYER which is located about 15 km (20 min) of no traffic roads, not affected by the work of Florentine tramway.

Bivigliano is a renowned place, traditional destination of Florentines looking for a cool relief on hot summer days.It owes its fame to a beautiful location, surrounded by forests and lush vegetation and microclimate (nice and dry), which thanks to its position on the hillside (Bivigliano is located about 600 mt. on sea level) ensures a pleasant cool even in the hottest summers

The Apartment - up to 5 persons

The position of our apartment provides an ideal location for your holiday in Tuscany.

It is placed on the outskirts of Bivigliano in a quiet residential area (the road is private and therefore without any traffic) just a few minutes stroll from the center where you can find essential services and enjoy nice evenings in local inns.

Confortable and welcoming La Casa di Anna is a recently built and spacious, elegant two-room apartment (65 sqm), located on the ground and only floor and is beautifully decorated matching modern and Tuscan style with the utmost refinement. Equipped with all the amenities, it consists of a large living room with decorative fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed with a polyurethane foam mattress (cm. 140) that ensures maximum comfort and can be quickly opened and closed, a kitchenette (fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas oven, microwave oven), a spacious master double bedroom, a bathroom with large shower. Possibility to add a folding single bed with wooden slats and orthopedic mattress. Laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Independent heating.

Relaxation and privacy are also ensured by a private garden, a large panoramic sun terrace (90 sqm) and a paved courtyard in front of the apartment, at your own exclusive disposal. Here, completely undisturbed, you can sunbathe and relax on warm summer evenings, cool off tasting a good glass of wine while enjoying the stunning sunsets over the green hills.

You can park in the immediate proximity of the house.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

Ideal for two couples: a hallway with cloakroom allows you to enjoy some privacy and independence.

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

No barbecue allowed.

No pets allowed.

What to see and do

Away from the crowd of everyday life, give yourself a few days regeneration in the rolling hills surrounding Florence. Enjoy the beautiful colours of the countryside, try the regional specialties with a glass of wine and don’t miss the unique experience of tasting local olive oil: this area is in fact renowned all over the world for its production!!

The territory, in addition to natural beauties, cultural attractions and wonderful landscapes, offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. Walking in the forest of Monte Senario discovering the cells where the monks retired in meditation or in the unique setting of the Medici Park of Pratolino to admire the imposing statue by Giambologna, hiking and mountain biking and also horse riding, golf in the Golf Club Poggio ai Medici and relaxation in Wellness Centres and Spa.
